Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that fairness for the instructor and for students who may be on the waitlist to join a course is taken into account, please be sure to contact Jason (jason@taikoschoolofporto.pt) to provide a cancellation notice 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class. Cancellations communicated within 24 hours will be accepted, but please note that there will be a 10€ fee assessed to your account as a result of not adhering to this policy. Students who do not show up for class and did not provide a 24 hour advance notice will also be assessed a fee of 10€.
